We want you to feel confident and empowered in your TALA gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for sustainability reasons, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce our collective carbon footprint.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is free from makeup or deodorant marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
